The Langlands Hotel
Project Overview
This new 4.5 star hotel sits in the heart of Invercargill. With 80 rooms, 5 eateries and a rooftop bar, The Langlands Hotel was a significant development and is set to become a local landmark.
The upper three levels are designed as a lantern that hovers over the fabric of the city using perforated fibre cement panel screens.
Safe access was required to be able to service the outside of the building.

Solution
The main challenges on this project were construction delays due to Covid and weather issues. However we worked closely with our client to ensure that we met their deadlines as they changed.
