Project Overview
Lakeview Apartments underwent a major renovation and Total Height Safety was approached by the Body Corporate to provide a compliant building maintenance system. Situated in Takapuna, over looking Lake Pupuke, this upmarket residential apartment has been finished to the highest standard. Safe access was required to be able to service the outside of the building.

Solution
Our design incorporated abseil anchors to access to the building exterior as well as a fall arrest system to navigate the roof areas.
Once awarded the product, we completed the install in a single day causing minimal disruption to the occupants.
