Project Overview

The Christchurch City Council-operated community facility, Matatiki, is a dynamic center located at 25 Smarts Rd. This vibrant hub offers a range of amenities, including state-of-the-art indoor pools, a comprehensive library, a welcoming customer service desk, a cozy café, and a beautifully designed courtyard with a stage and outdoor seating.

Solution

To ensure safe and secure access for maintenance personnel, we installed a static line on the main roof and equipped several smaller roofs with perimeter system static lines around the solar panels.
