Project Overview

This project features three distinct residential buildings arranged around a central communal plaza and a private residents’ pavilion. The architecture honors Sylvia Park’s industrial heritage while incorporating elements of the local ecology. Direct access to adjacent greenspace and a nearby stream allows residents to immerse themselves in the natural surroundings.

Solution

To provide safe and reliable roof access, we installed abseil rail, static lines and anchors on lower rooftops and outlying buildings. This project was executed in stages, with each roof becoming accessible upon completion. Our phased approach ensured continuous progress and safety throughout the installation process.
